A good nice run of Sept/Oct 2021 drop Angus heifers. This herd has been based on Hazeldean genetics for the past 10-15 years which is evident in the quality of these heifers. They have had a shot of Multimin and drenched with Dectomax at weaning then again with Eprinomax on the 20/8 as well as two 5in1 shots to date. These heifers were reasonable to handle, there was a handful that stirred up in the yards but the majority were good to handle. These heifers were deemed to be the keepers of the drop but due to numbers and the seasonal conditiond the decision has been made to sell them.
