The McDonald family involved Montbeliarde's to their operation to increase fertility of their respective dairy herds. As a result these Montbeliarde/Friesian steers demonstrate good hybrid vigor and typically present with more cover then traditional Dairy breeds. The Montbeliarde are well regarded in the industry as a Dual purpose breed. All bucket reared. These steers are well boned and full of frame to pack weight onto given the right opportunity. Please note other two lots of steers offered in same sale. Note one steers observed with very slight pink eye scar, not detrimental. Note One observed with very minute wort.
