These steers were generally easy enough to work with in the yard & handle at assessment - It was noted that 3 did become slightly stirry/nervous/agitated when isolated in the race/crush during weighing, considered normal behaviour & not detrimental as they settled down well when once let back into the yard with the other cattle

A well presented pen of 11 Angus Steer Calves - Vendor Bred, Feb/March Autumn Drop, Rising 8-9 Months, ‘Llandarlo’ Blood - Well grown with excellent weight for age - Quiet temperament - Presenting in fresh forward store to prime condition with large frame & very good shape/confirmation - Unweaned, still running with cows & getting milk - Grass Fed/No Antibiotics, a signed PCAS non-certified declaration is available upon upon buyer request - Suitable to wean & purchase to target a grass or grain fed fattening program or to take out to heavy feeder weights - NOTE, the majority of these steers are displaying some forward bloom/sappiness & may suit a select butcher order subject to required specs - Well bred Angus steer calves out of sound age/large frame Angus cows using ‘Llandarlo’ sire with preference/intent to breed larger frame genetics - Purchase with confidence, these steers will continue to go forward & grow out into very good heavy feeder steers or export bullocks given feed
