Steers handled well throughout the assessment process with the later weaned calves a little more pushy in the yards. Flowed through the yards with ease and blocked up when required, a handful of steers wanted to break from the group when moving but would expect will settle with more human interaction.

Offering 195 steers over two lots with this lot of 114 representing the lead steers purely drafted on weight off the scales. Yard weaned over a two week period these steers are noted performers, bred in the hills of the South/East slopes out of volume cows and coming out of a very tight season in the south. Bred on Ardrossan, Hazeldean & Jarobee Angus bloodlines with a reputation for performing in both grassfed and feedlot environments. Steers present in fresh store condition and will explode once shown some quality grazing conditions. Note an odd steer displayed minor ringworm scarring around face/neck. PCAS Grassfed and Greenham Never Ever dec available at purchasers request. Note photos and videos are of complete mob of 195 steers being offered in this sale over the two lots. Lengthy overnight lockup prior to assessment.
