The steers were ok to handle in the yard when in the mob with other cattle - However, it was noted that all 12 did become slightly stirry/stirry/ agitated/nervous when isolated going through the crush during weighing & during mouthing in the crush - Not considered 100% detrimental as these steers have had limited yard handling & settled down ok when let out into the holding paddock

12 Angus Yearling/Grown Steers - Vendor Bred - Rising approximately 16 to 20 months - Presenting in strong store condition with majority large frame - All mouthed at assessment (6 x Milk Tooth Blue Paint 1 Dot & 6 x Two Tooth Blue Paint 2 Dot) - Grass Fed/No Antibiotics - Ideally suited to top off into bullocks for a grass fed fattening program or to put on grain immediately - Older yearling steers with age/maturity/frame that have not been spoilt with feed through the Winter months due to excess numbers running on farm - Noted doing cattle given the opportunity - Purchase with confidence, these steers should do up well into very good heavy export bullocks given feed through the remainder of the Spring with a short term turn around - NOTE 2 steers are presenting with small/old pink eye scarring in 1 eye, not considered detrimental but buyers are asked to make any price adjustments before bidding on this lot - 100% no stags in this lot
