** Buyers on offer are 5 decks (136 head) of Angus Steers, ideal feedlot cattle averaging 428kg at assessment (412kg at delivery), being only 11-12 months of age. Majority of the Steers between 400kg and 460kg, 20 steers under 400kg, 20 steers above 460kg.
Vendor bred from industry leading Angus genetics including Kenny's Creek & Gilmandyke studs that pride themselves on growth and weight gain, the Williams family's annual sale of their renowned feeder Steers. Exhibiting outstanding bone, growth, shape, depth & length as shown in the HUGE weight for age. To fit in with most feedlot requirements the steers have had their 1st Bovilis MH + IBR shot on the 3rd of August, they were also weighed on this day to average 390kg. Steers have averaged a whopping 1.7kg per day weight gain for the last 17 days (from assessment), grazing on crop & having access to grain oats in lick feeders for the past 6 weeks.
