While drafting these calves off their mothers, they were a bit stubborn to guide in the right direction. But while being assessed they stood quietly on the scales, exited the crush quickly and then settled down once back in the mob. Please take into account that these calves are not weaned and will quieten down with more handling and education.

Assessor Comments
Opportunity to purchase a small line of mixed sex Speckle Park Cross calves that are still on their mothers. The majority of these calves are 4 months old and one calf is 3 months old. There are 6 steer calves and 8 heifer calves that were marked at the time of assessment. These calves are off heifers which are on their first calf and are doing well as you can see by their weights for their age. I believe that these calves could suit someone that is looking to either to grow out all of the calves or to keep the heifer portion as breeders and sell the steers. Please note at assessment there were Bathurst Burrs noticed on there underbelly, tail and in their coat. Also please take into account these calves have not been handled much in the yards and i believe that they will quieten down with a little more handling and education in the yards.
