16 Angus feeder heifers. These heifers are 25-26 months of age, all were mouthed at assessment and found to all have 2 Teeth. They are Rennylea Angus blood. The "Spring Creek" Angus herd has a record of high marbling cattle, with bulls on the property Averaging +3.5 for IMF, with consideration also given to growth rates while still maintaining a moderate sized mature cow. These heifers are in forward condition with the lead of them almost fit for the knife, averaging 437kg at assessment after 5% shrink. They are ideal heifers to feed either on grass or grain to trade weights for the domestic market.
