An excellent quality line of well grown steers showing great length, depth and carcass traits. Combining the great traits of the Angus and Black Simmental breeds these steers should continue to grow fast and yield high. The combination of the two breeds will allow for plenty of expression of hybrid vigour with continuing rapid average daily gain given the right conditions. The yield of the Simmental breed matched with the Angus carcass traits will suit many markets. The Bedggood herd has produced quality steers highly sort by feedlots achieving fast growth and early weights.
