A couple of steers were agitated in the crush but were fine out in the bigger yard with their mates, one Grey steer didn't like being alone but is fine in the mob.

A good pen of medium to large framed, forward conditioned steers ready to jump ahead as the weather warms and the pastures dry ! The morning of the assessment was only 2 degrees, and these steers have had a long wet winter. These 16 steers are the bigger cattle of the vendor's offering and are showing how well they are doing up, and should be an indicator for how the other cattle the vendor is offering will progress. 3 steers were seen to have slight blue eyes, the worst is in the photos. The vendor has in the same catalogue, 23 Murray Grey and Angus cross steers, and 32 Angus steers, an opportunity to put 71 together. One steer has a large tail dag in this lot.
