HEIFERS WORKED THROUGH THE SMALL YARDS QUITE WELL. THE ODD HEIFER DIDNT LIKE BEING MOUTHED AND FIDGETED ON THE SCALES. BUT ALL SETTLED WELL IN THE MOB. YARDS WERE QUITE BOGGY AND THEY WERE STEADY WORKING THROUGH THEM.

A NICE LINE OF CHAROLAIS X HEIFERS, THEY HAVE BEEN ON VENDORS BATLOW FARM AND HAD VERY LIMTIED FEED, HAVE BEEN AT GUNDAGAI NOW ON BETTER PASTURES AND HAVE IMPROVED IN THE 2 WEEK PERIOD. HEIFERS APPEAR TO BE 'MALTING' LOSING THERE WINTER HAIR, WHICH COULD BE FACTORS OF BETTER NUTRITION AND WARMER WEATHER. 1 X HORN HEIFER BALANCE ARE POLLED. 4 X YELLOW CHAROLAIS 1 X GREYER COATED, BALANCE WHITE CHARLOAIS.
