The Mopoke cattle are the quietest cattle I assess. Low stress handling is practiced on farm and these heifers behave accordingly. They are routinely run through the yards and their temperament is a feature.

Assessor Comments
A nice even line of 22 backgrounder heifers. These heifers were purchased August from southern selling centres and have been powering ahead with ADG of 1.4kg since arriving at Mopoke. Heifers are weighted out from 238kg - 298kg. Presenting in forward store condition these heifers stand on plenty of frame and will continue to perform in the right environment. A lot of time and effort goes into the handing of cattle at Mopoke, these heifers are respectful and easy to work with. A great opportunity to purchase a young line of black heifers starting to hit their straps. Please note the vendor has another 2 lots of heifers offered in the same sale.
