Overall these cattle handled well considering a handful had only been taken off their mothers 2 days prior to the assessment. Typical of freshly weaned cattle some of these cattle were unsettled when pressure was applied in the yards but once taken off they settled. I believe once all these cattle have completed their weaning they will be good cattle to handle.

Quality line of vendor bred Angus weaner heifers. These heifers are sired by quality Annaleine & Arden Angus bulls and bred out of medium frame Hazeldean & Arden Angus blood females. Heifers are in ideal condition to power ahead come spring. Ideal heifers to either grow out & retained as breeders or to background to heavier weights. These heifers are eligible for grassfed programs and are antibiotic free. The vendor will also offer 13 Angus Weaner steers in the same sale.
