Assessor Comments
A very well bred line of Angus/Shorthorn x steers, May/June 2021 drop. These steers are EU accredited and have been weaned since mid December. These steers have an average curfewed weight of 282kg and range from 257kg to 357kg. They are very quiet cattle to handle, with only the very odd one stirring up in the crush. The Wild Dog Creek group always source top end bulls, with a very big focus on continual herd improvement and temperament being a priority. Two steers will present as roans, with the balance being predominantly black, albiet there are a number of white underbellies as is typical of this cross. These steers will present as good medium frames, in mainly fat score 2 condition. Please note; Wild Dog Creek/Bugle Range Farm consortium will be offering a number of lines of weaners in this sale. Both properties are owned by the same family group, using the same bloodlines and genetics.
