Overall these heifers were good to handle. A couple of heifers were unsettled when pressure was applied in the yards but once taken off they settled. Cattle handled well through the race/crush and on the scales. These cattle have been educated to move when pressure is applied but also settle when the pressure is off.

Quality line of 2024 spring drop vendor bred Angus heifers. Very well-bred heifers being bred out of medium to large frame Bongongo, Rennylea & Reiland Angus blood mothers and sired by high indexing Bongongo, Reiland & Flemington Angus Bulls. Since weaning these cattle have been powering ahead. As potential breeders these heifers tick all the boxes, however these cattle would also be suitable for any backgrounding or finishing program. Heifers have had all the health treatments and are ready to steam ahead.
