The steers were generally easy to handle in the yard and weigh but it was observed that 3 did become slightly stirry during weighing in the crush - Not detrimental in any way - The steers were very easy to move about with in the yard after weighing was completed - Temperament considered to be generally quiet

30 Hereford Steers - Vendor Bred, ‘Kanimbla’ Blood - Rising approximately 16-18 months - Yearling steers with age that are starting to mature & fill out - Sample mouthed in lot all showing Milk Teeth - Presenting in fresh forward store/prime condition - All sound medium to large frame with majority showing good stretch, length & softness - These steers are well advanced good/solid weight for age - All ‘Grass Fed/Antibiotic Free’, a vendor signed PCAS non-certified supplier declaration is available upon request - Ideally suited to purchase for either a grass fed fattening or feeder program - These steers come highly recommended by the agent since the introduction of Poll Hereford sires to the farm breeding program in recent years with drafts performing well with weight gain/growth - Purchase with confidence, excellent potential to top off into very good heavy kill steers/bullocks given feed - NOTE 2 steers presenting with some small wart patches near face/brisket, not deemed detrimental
