An excellent line of very well breed, versatile steers. These steers are really starting to do as the weather warms up and with some green feed. The steers are showing plenty of growth for age and great carcase attributes, with length of body and plenty of thickness over the top line and down through the hindquarters. Coonong has been using ‘Ironbark and ‘Tondara’ Hereford genetics for many years producing easy doing steers like this, being able to meet the trade market with ease or to grow out to be impressive grassfed bullocks. These steers are ‘Greenhams Never Ever’ accredited and are antibiotic free. Please note that steers are showing early signs of rubbing but have been back lined at assessment. Also approximately 7 steers are showing signs of ringworm.
