Exceptional draft of winter drop Angus steers 9-11 mths GF & AF. Breeder has used Te Mania sires Legend and Quest in AI program (10 steers in total that are identified by management tag) balance by breeders Te Mania bought bulls 15-20k . The Gooramadda herd has recently become a Team TeMania member. These steers come from a large frame, high class Angus herd that has decades of leading Angus studs genetics infused into them. The last 6 years there has been a significant shift to using AI sires with outstanding success. These young steers have weight and great frame to grow into, while being backed up with a comprehensive animal health program. Calves post weaning have had access to silage and grass hay and most recently been on short green pasture. 60% present with ringworm on face and neck.
