Heifers handled well throughout the yards. Yards were limited resulting in stock being slightly unsettled in the lead-up race and forcing yard however were quick to settle upon re-enterring the group.

Buyers, on offer is a well bred line of weaned Angus Heifers that weighed 242kg at assessment (208kg-312kg). Heifers are sired by Bongongo and Mundarlo sires whereby selection emphasis is placed on 400 day growth and structural soundness. Typically, heifers are grown out to feeder specifications whereby.a small draft are kept for future breeders however the tight seasonal conditions have led to this sale whereby none are retained. Heifers have been yard weaned for 10 days being handled regularly and have learnt to feed out of hay feeders and drink from water troughs. Ideal heifers to grow out to heavier feeder or kill weights being Grassfed & Antibiotic free. Please note, vendor has a further 28 Angus Steers and 9 Black Baldies offered in the same sale.
