Assessor Comments
Arrawidgee offers 35 Friesian steers that are the fourths of this draft. They are all straight friesian, any xbreds have been removed, though is 1 red friesian included. They have been well reared and weaned but do present like done it a bit tougher with the wet conditions. They have been running on the jerilderie plains but due to the floods they have been carted to holding paddocks at Finley for easier access. They were bulk weighed with a big curfew to average 142kg. They are over the weaning process and in store condition but shown some green feed am sure will do well. There is a few with old pinkeye scarring, 1 has a blue eye and 2 can only see out of 1 eye. Please note same vendor has 267 hd in the consignment and would appreciate any support. Good opportunity to put truck load of friesian steers together.
24hr notice required, due to flooding cattle have been transported to holding paddocks near Finley sale yards. Prompt pickup would be appreciated if possible.
