38 weaned, vendor bred, Angus steers that are 11-12 months old and weighed into a tight weight range of 75kg (385-460kg) averaging 415kg at assessment showing great weight for age. The Schilg family calves are sired by top end Dunoon Angus bulls with a focus on temperament, high growth and IMF when selecting sires. Steers that present in forward store condition with plenty of frame and having all the health treatments has them well prepared to finish on either grass or grain. These steers would normally be kept and grown out to top end feeder weights but due to dry conditions and shortage of supplement feed they are been offered for sale. Tops of the drop and highly recommended!!
