STEERS WERE GOOD TO HANDLE THROUGH THE YARDS. SCALES WERE IN THE RACE AND EACH STEER STEPPED ON WELL. ONLY A COUPLE WERE A LITTLE RELUCTANT TO STAND. ALL SETTLED BACK INTO MOB WELL.

A NICELY BRED , WELL GROWN OUT MOB OF STEERS. STEERS ORIGINATED FROM THE BRAIDWOOD ARE PURCHASED VIA AUCTIONS PLUS AND BRAIDWOOD SALE. SINCE PURCHASE STEERS HAVE ACHIEVED OVER 1KG A DAY GAINS, WHICH CONSIDERING HOW WET AND COLD THE WINTER HAS BEEN THEY HAVE PERFORMED VERY WELL. STEERS WERE ASSESSED FROM 414KG TO 526KG. 5 STEERS NOTED WITH WART ON NECK AND HEAD. VENDOR HAS 13 BB AND 4 RED STEERS ALSO ON OFFER.
