Exceptionally quiet young heifers. Every one with the temperament to make a mother. A pleasure to handle throughout a assessment. The majority of these females would be considered docile by most stockmen. All led up the race quietly and stood on the scales without issue, 5 heifers showing some slight anxiety in the crush, But exited quietly and stood back with their sisters like nothing had happened. These females are a real credit to their vendor.

Annual draft of the Hillgrove Star Pastoral heifers . Heifers that were originally retained to be future breeders, surplus to needs now due to a high scanning percentage of last years females. Easy doing, soft fleshing style females that are going forward with the season. Ideal heifers to take on and join, given their temperament and genetics. Alternatively these females would make outstanding feeder or export bodies, given the performance of their brothers which are sought after annually by high end feedlots, renowned for their early settling attributes and high performance weight gain.
