47 Vendor bred, EU Black Baldy steers. All weighed from 200kg - 293kg to average 235kg full. Sired by Registered Chiltern Park Angus bulls and bred by Banemore Hereford cows. Grass fed only, Antibiotic free. August/Sep 21 drop. They were yard weaned on the 24/02 for 5 days and received a coppernate and drenched on the 30/5. The tops were sold 3 weeks ago, these are the seconds with the thirds still to come. They have been fed vetch hay 3 times per week for the past 3 months, the hay has caused some eye issues, 6 were treated at assessment, most were scars though, if any are not acceptable at delivery they will be removed. The steers have plenty of frame and stretch for they age. All the boxes have been ticked with theses steers, vendor bred, EU, PCAS eligible, Animal health is completed together with proven genetics.
