Overall these heifers were easy to handle and manage throughout the assessment procedure with consideration to sound stock handling and stock movement knowledge. When pressure is applied and heifers are cornered they would tend to move quickly. However if minimal pressure is applied, heifers handle well and with ease. See video for visual explanation.

Buyers, presented for sale are 49 NSM Angus Heifers. These vendor bred heifers have powered ahead in the warmer Spring conditions, averaging 372Kg at assessment, ranging from 320Kg to 422Kg. Heifers are sired by Ben Nevis Angus bulls by Baldridge Beastmode and Rennylea J474, out of Texas, Alpine and Pert blood Angus cows. Buyers please note light Bathurst Burr was observed on small percentage of the draft. A tail has also been removed from the consignment. August/September 2021 drop. Health management well up to date with heifers receiving 2x 7 in 1, 1x 5 in 1 and Cydectin pour on. Heifers present in fresh, forward condition displaying medium to large frames. Ideal weights and frames to join to the bull of your choice through the remaining Spring period. These heifers will continue to grow and mature into the optimal feminine breeding unit suitable to take on into an existing breeders program or trading operation.
