A nice line of 50 PTE Angus feeder heifers. These heifers are 20-21 months of age & are Rennylea Angus blood. The Spring Creek Angus herd has a record of high marbling cattle, with bulls on the property Averaging +3 for IMF, with consideration also given to growth rates while still maintaining a moderate sized mature cow. The property is run on holistic management practices, running all cattle in one mob rotationally grazed throughout the property. These heifers are all frame & are in store condition, averaging 351kg at assessment after being locked up around the yards since Sunday, for pregnancy testing Monday and assessment on Tuesday. They are ideal heifers to feed either on grass or grain to heavy trade weights for the domestic market. Alternatively with the quality of breeding behind these heifers they are more than deserving of a second chance to the bull of your choice, as they only had a 6-week opportunity to the bulls with a high number of break downs last joining.
