These steers represent the lead of the Koombahla Angus steers which weighed 499kg full (469-550kg full) at assessment. Approximately half vendor bred and half purchased from high quality herd A & R Nicholls at Coolac in April. Predominantly Dunoon & Ardrossan blood with a focus on growth and IMF. Steers are really jumping ahead now after a wet winter, averaging 1.56/kg day in the past month. Approximately 10% showing mild ring worm scarring around the eyes (see photo of one of the worst), 2 with old eye scars, one with mild worts and one with white near the groin. These steers are soft and thick and ready to hit the feed bunk. Please note; vendor has another lot of 22 Speckle Park steers to help make up a B-Double. Offering both c/kg and $/head options.
