Heifers were a bit flighty throughout assessment. Lacking education, wanting to rush through gates ways. Only lightly handled & unfortunately they were not yard weaned this time due to fire damaged fencing, which has made a big difference to their mannerisms. Perfectly fine to handle by a stockman experienced with anxious cattle, And all were brought up to the race by a single handler. Just requiring a bit more handling & education to settle them down in the yards.

Good long barrelled, meaty heifers in predominantly forward store condition and on the do. From the colder, later, hilly country and just starting to clean up in their coat and get that healthy Summer glow. In perfect condition to induct on to a feed ration, or continue as a PCAS body. Ideal Heifers to target a supermarket or heavy kill body program. Buyers please Note. 5 Heifers presented with a white flank, 3 Heifers with white in front of their navel (1 of which had a full white tummy) Non of the above deemed detrimental.
