Steers were a pleasure to handle in paddock and yards. They are rotationally grazed every day onto fresh pasture, and are moved on foot. It would be hard to find more docile weaners then these.

These weaners possess all the outstanding attributes of the Team Te Mania program and are presenting in fresh condition with a healthy coat. Steers averaged 259kg full (201-329kg) at assessment and are always highly sought after by backgrounders, feedlots, and bullock finishers. Sires used in the Team Te Mania program are some of the best in the country, with particular emphasis on marbling, growth and temperament. This is the complete drop of weaner steers with a small tail removed. One steer has had an eye surgically removed by a vet - option of this animal, see photo. Absolutely first-class steers that tick all the boxes - probably the quietest weaners I have ever handled. Vendor also has a line of 11 heifers in this sale.
