Weaners freshly mustered from large flood-out paddock and steadied down very well since weaning week of the 29th . Moved
briskly through crush for weighing and preg test will continue to improve. Moved freely from yard to yard and blocked well. In general very good pastoral weaners for quietness.

57 -EU Angus/Black Baldy fully weaned pastoral heifers showing good growth and muscle. Preg tested not detectable. Two deck load young breeding or background females. 100% weighed 301-452 average 364 kg full and only just weaned. 31 head 350 kg plus with 26 head 300 - 350. Eight reds and 12 Blacks retained as replacements. Vendor offering 72 steers to complete full weaner turnoff.

Returned to: Cattle have been fully yard weaned on the 2nd Dec and will be fed good quality hay in cooler yard until delivery. Have settled down very well.
