These medium to large framed steers, are well bred, well handled, and ready to go for the successful buyer. The steers would go on to be very good feeders or heavy grassfed cattle. At assessment, a couple of steers had an old ringworm mark or two, and 4 steers were left in that had some level of blue eye, all of these are shown in the photos. Any steer that had an eye problem, was treated with Orbenin eye ointment, and given an eye patch. The steers left in the sale mob, are deemed to be well on their way to recovery with no foreseeable detriment.
The vendor has 39 lighter steers in the same sale, a few km's closer to town, from the same property and breeding.
