Assessor Comments
*First time offering Tops of the Drop Steers* Usually retained & value added on farm, these are an exceptional line of young Angus baby bullocks with a glittering pedigree! Out of the infamous Koojan Hills (Ex Sue Ray) & Yamba Angus (Ex Wanterbadgery Station) Cows, By Lawson & Bongongo Angus blood Sires, selected for IMF, EMA & those 400 & 600 day weights! Their brothers last year received industry recognition in the 2024 Beef Spectacular, placing 7th for eating quality & 4th in the AMPC National Beef carcass comp, class 5, heavy trade grain fed category! These steers have received all the animal health treatments & been given the best start possible, despite trying seasonal conditions. These steers have the genetic reputation to be a very rewarding investment & would be the perfect article to continue on pastures in a grass fattening bullock program, or start on a feed ration. All 100% Antibiotic free & Grass only Fed. Steers that come with the agent & assessors highest recommendation
