The temperament on these steers is a credit to the vendors, an absolute pleasure to work with in the yards to draft and weigh these cattle. These are all true to type with the Dollar Angus Program, 2 steers did get agitated at assessment.

Noorinya Angus, Coleraine, Vic, will offer 63 Angus Steers 17 - 18 months, Dollar Angus Bld, PCAS Eligible, Grass fed & Antibiotic Free. Steers will present in good healthy store condition. all individually weighed from 370 - 472 kgs to Ave 419 kgs at assessment (full). These steers are extremely well bred out of large frame Angus cows, bred by Dollar Angus bulls, they display great, bone, width, depth & softness. These steers are all frame and will come with nice upside, they have always feed on well and would be ideal to finish on grass or grain for trade and export markets. Steers were an absolute pleasure to handle; these steers come with my highest recommendations and will not disappoint. Note steers had walked 10 km morning of prior to assessing, so getting a good curfew weight.

We are very proud of Donor Jean P303 – the mother ship. Jean B21’s progeny directly shows the power and consistency of our cow lines here with 9 lots represented. P303 has been a very successful donor for us and is a prolific egg producer, averaging over nine eggs per flush conventional. Her eleven sons that have gone through the sale have consistently featured in our top pens. P303 is the most impressive cow in the flesh showing phenomenal capacity, consistent with Premier Guardian and the renowned Premier Jestress H66 cow in her paternal pedigree. Her eggs raised $5050 each by Rob and Tania Jarret in 2022 at the Molong Flood Charity Auction and we raised over $20,000 for flood victims in all. Her current bull calf by Rambo is an absolute ripper. Her maternal aunt is Lot 4, with both her and P303’s dam out of G117, sister to D71 who is the dam of H215.
