These steers are well educated and easy to handle, being familiar with being handled from dogs and motorbikes. The odd steer would become slightly agitated while being on the scales, due to not experiencing this process before. These steers easily walked up from the back yard into race with no issues, however the odd steer would become anxious while pressure was put on him.

Assessor Comments
An opportunity to secure an excellent line of Angus steers that will not disappoint. The Clarke Family have been using selected Reiland Angus genetics in their herd for the last 20+ years. Always selecting Bulls with desired traits, focusing on high growth, being 400 & 600 DW, & strong carcass qualities, particularly IMF & EMA. Out of a large framed herd of heavily classed cows, these young steers have good length, depth and width, with a good traditional Angus head.
