Quality draft of young Angus steers that have been in the Bombala district since June. Cattle have weathered the harsh Monaro winter well albeit no bloom and carrying winter coat and gaining strongly now (1.3kg p/day last 5 weeks) even though sunshine has been limited. At assessment cattle were in two locations but will be gathered together to be trucked from one destination. An extensive animal health program ensures cattle will arrive in healthy and ready to perform. Some steers born from cows purchased PTIC last year. 3 steers with eye scarring, 1 steer with white brisket can be rejected by purchaser at delivery.
