Very good Heifers to handle. Well educated through yards. Walked through race and stood on scales with a minimum of fuss. Out of a herd that all have a quiet temperament and properly educated at weaning by running through race & crush daily. Certainly makes a difference at assessment when calves quietly enter crush & scales & walk out with a minimum of fuss.

2 Decks of Vendor bred weaner heifers from the Harbison family ideal as future breeders or feed on for the trade. Heifers are rising 12 months old and present as all frame, carrying no excess condition so will make quick compensatory weight gains. Well bred heifers out of a large framed cow herd that are Grass fed only & antibiotic free also carrying the Greenham Never Ever & Teys Grasslands accreditation. There are 12 black baldy heifers in the draft and 9 heifers were noted with old pinkeye scarring but still had sight. Please see last photo for example of the worst two eyes, whilst 7 are only slight scarring. Well handled, quiet heifers that have a great temperament and years of quality breeding behind them.
