Steers are well educated through the yards. They were weighed through a weigh box and some steers showed agitiation in the confined space. Once steers left confined space they settle back in the mob nicely. Cattle were great to move throughout yards as a mob.

Top quality line of weaned Hazledean blood steers. Steers were yard weaned for 2 weeks in late February/March and reflect good handling history. They present in a tight weight range of 260kg-296kg at assessment and presented as an even group, well grown and in fresh store condition. They are noted performers amongst previous purchasers and are offered for genuine sale due to the lateness in the seasonal break to make room for heifers. In recent years vendor has carried through to heavy feeder and export weights. Please note 2 steers with slightest blue eye, 2-3 with mild ringworm and also some Bathurst burr on odd head and neck. Quality cattle worthy of close consideration. Please view video to appreciate their quality and temperament. Another group of the heavier weighed types also offered this sale.
