Assessor Comments
Buyers, to be offered for sale are 67 Angus Steers. These steers were all weighed 370+Kg Full at assessment, to average 397.4Kg. They have averaged 1.38Kg weight gain per day since last being weighed 2 weeks ago, with some steers reaching well over 2Kg/day. They are all well bred cattle being Gilmandyke, Kenny's Creek, Tattykeel and Karoo Angus blood. These steers were all sourced off the breeder. August/September/October Drop. They display medium to large frames with good bone and structure. A perfect tight weight range article to take on and continue to background or whack straight into the feedlot to reach desired kill weights. These steers will only continue to go forward rapidly coming into the warmer more favourable months. A small portion of these steers were noted to have signs of rubbing. A great opportunity to secure a b double of well bred, well weighted Angus Steers that are on the do.
