Assessor Comments
Here is an opportunity to purchase an extremely well bred big line of hereford heifers, all within a very tight weight range. These heifers have an excellent history of performing whether it be as a future breeder or fattened in the feedlot or in the paddock; and they have all the genetic potential to grow into very big & heavy export heifers or big future cows. They are all sired by specially selected Yarram Park Hereford bulls bred out of large frame Yarram Park bloodline females. They are anti-biotic free and grass fed only. They have been put back out on irrigated pasture and are still doing well. These cattle come highly recommended and they represent a rare opportunity to put a large draft of quality weaner heifers together. This is part of the mob of 179 Hereford heifers to be sold as a run out the gate of 110 & 69. Two heifers had minor old pink eye scarring, not deemed detrimental.
