69 weaned, vendor bred, August & September drop Angus heifers. Weighed full between 182 & 239kg at assessment and averaged 221kg. The Haydon family calves are sired by Weeran Angus bulls with a focus on, growth and calving ease. While retained breeders are selected on Temperament, frame & shape. Feed availability since weaning has been in short supply and heifers have battled through with supplementary hay until a fresh green pick was available. Heifers that present in forward store condition with frame and body depth, some weaners are showing rub marks from lice. These females are only being offered for sale earlier than usual due to tightening paddock space (extra hay production) A welcomed addition to any breeding herd or to grow out to feeder weights.
