Very small percentage of steers were unsettled in yards, then 4 unsettled in crush. When in the paddock these steers are quiet and walk straight up to you and are a pleasure to be around. All Steers broken into single hot-wire fences and are very quiet to handle in paddock.

**Selling c/kg only, delivered Barnawartha or 300 kms inland from Melbourne after a 15 hour curfew (Vendor to pay freight to these points)**
76 excellent Angus Feeder Steers (tops of 150 steers), 20-21 months, weighed from 450-540kg to avg 472kg after a 5% reduction plus weight gain. Excellent run of feeder steers situated at Trowutta in Tasmania. Steers are quiet and excellent to handle.
Hodge's Transport to handle freight from Tasmania to Victoria, if delivered to Shanahan's Feed-yard at Barnawartha, Shanahan's Transport is available to handle freight from there on. Feed charge of $3/day/hd will apply to Buyer at Shanahan's. I recommend steers get spelled for 24-48 hours if travelling further into the North.

Clover and rye grass pastures in a short green position, also supplementary fed silage as well. Steers all receive Cobalt Life & Selenium as well as Coppernate on induction at Pistol Plains. Steers are extremely healthy and ideal to feed on.

Excellent opportunity to buy a Bdouble load of feeder steers in forward to fresh condition. Steers are a pleasure to handle, all steers quiet and trained to a hot-wire in paddocks. Steers have had access Copper, Cobalt & Selenium supplements.

If heading north, cattle can be delivered to Shanahan's Feedyard at Barnawartha or 300kms from Melbourne in other directions. Steers can be spelled at Shanahan's Feedyard at $3/day/hd.
Delivery Comments
Walmax to pay freight and shipping from Tasmania to Barnawartha or 300kms into Victoria, buyer to pay freight from that point onwards, Hodge Transport will be used for freight from Tasmania to mainland and Shanahan's available from there onwards.
Weighing Instruct.
Steers will receive a 15 hour overnight curfew on farm at Trowutta (Smithton) Tasmania, then weighed on registered weighbridge at Smithton prior to boarding ship before crossing Bass Straight. No curfews applied, nett weight is pay weight.
