Tops of the Drop!!! Lead Draft of the Cottrell Ag Heifer Weaners offered in today's sale with none retained. Soft, easy doing calves that show plenty of growth, bone & muscle development considering there has not been a decent rain the last 9 Months. All Calves weighed 285kg and above at Assessment. From the heart of a large frame herd of Dunoon blood Cows that produce progeny that consistently hit the top of grass fed grids and have a solid feedlot performance. There were 23 Heifers noted at Assessment with old Pinkeye scarring but still had sight in the affected eye. The majority of the scarring is light with the last photo showing an example of the worst. None of the Pinkeye were active, and will be checked at delivery. There was also a small amount of Ringworm that appeared to be clearing. Vendor also has another 96 same description in this sale. Chance to buy a line of 173 x 1 Mark Vendor Bred Angus Heifers that will be hard to find when this southern dry period ends.
