Offering 176 EU accredited Rennylea Angus blood steers over two lots delivered run out the gate. These steers are lead draft of the "Spring Creek" Spring 2023 drop steers. They are Aug/Sep drop, 8-9mths of age. weighing 190-290kg empty at assessment to average 230kg. The steers were yard weaned at the start of April & were educated with dogs and buggies using low stress handling techniques. Bulls are sourced from Rennylea Angus with high emphasis on IMF & high growth rates. These steers present in store condition & coming off a mix of improved & native pastures. The Spring Creek herd is holistically managed, rotationally grazed in large mobs. Steers that are ready to stack on the weight if you show them the feed, Ideal steers to take out to heavy feeders or export bullocks. Previous year’s steers have killed with high marbling & MSA scores. Buyers please note a strict two day delivery period 27th & 28th. Vendor is also offering another 26 steers in this sale.

Really nice quiet steers to handle in the paddock and through the yards. Recent kill results for two year old steers averaged 62+ MSA grading, finished on grass. Bulls are selected for high IMF, high growth rates & moderate mature cow weight.
