Properly educated steers that were easy to handle in the yards and through the race. Broken in to dogs, bikes and horses. Went over the scales with a minimum of fuss and are well settled in the yards. Typical bos indicus cattle that move quicker through the race than a british bred animal but very quickly settle when back in the mob.

3 Decks of properly bred Droughtmaster Steers that originated off Fossil Downs, Fitzroy Crossing, WA. Purchased October 2020 these steers have been averaging 0.8kg per day over a dry Summer/Autumn/Winter period since arriving. Ideal steers to fed on with frame and temperament or stick on grass for a heavy kill. Up to date with all animal health treatments. Very rare to see a run of well bred Droughtmaster steers in our area and heading into a bumper Spring period these steers will only improve and make solid weight gains.
