Cattle were generally quiet throughout the assessment process. They were taken off mum directly before weighing so the odd heifer was keen to get back to mum but nothing aggressive. As you can see in the video the cattle are quite easy to move around the yard.

The Altmann heifers present in excellent condition and would be welcomed addition to most herds. The heifers were well behaved for assessment and will continue to settle throughout the week whilst being yard weaned. Vendor is willing to transport within 20km for delivery or to cross load on to a bigger truck. Vendor also has a line of steers in the same sale.
