Very placid natured in general, backed by a very good & consistent education, yard weaned for 2 weeks. All steers walked through the yards calmly & quietly. They are caught in multiple crushes throughout the race, teaching them to exit each one calmly & steadily. 1 steer showed some anxiety on the scales, jumping around a bit. But couldn’t pick him in the yards once returned to his brothers.

Very attractive line of the Glenample Pastoral Steers. Proper Angus cattle, with good square heads, Magnificent long bodies and good weighty skin with an overall soft, easy doing shape about them. Usually sold direct, and keenly sought after by feedlots, this is the first time offering these baby bullocks on the AuctionsPlus platform. Genuinely only 11-12 months of age, and tipping the scales at 390kg. (The mothers of these steers are right in the middle of calving now) These young steers have the genetic history and have been given the perfect start in life to now take on any endeavour.
