The cattle were easy to manage and handle in an excellent set of Proway designed cattle yards. In the race and on the scales there was 1 animal that did rush and move about slightly, once back with the mob the animal was calm.
While capturing media in outside pens the animals did move about slightly, typical of the Bos Indicus content from the Santa Gertrudis breed the animals were more comfortable when in company of the other heifers.

By Fernhill Angus bulls out of Angus/Santa cows the heifers would make a welcome addition to a breeding herd, alternatively should perform well for a grass finishing or feedlot buyer.
Weaned, vendor bred and grass assured, with plenty of health treatments.
Please Note: 1 heifer had a large amount of white hair under her belly, between her shoulders and on her legs.
