Spring born tops to the drop Wirruna blood Poll Hereford steers. They are soft skinned, dark coated easy doing steers, a direct reflection of the genetic investment in the herd. Presenting in store condition due to the tight season offering immediate compensatory weight gains with a change in diet. Genetically large framed with a portion of these steers out of stud Wirruna purchased cows. One of two sires used was a Techno sired bull with; Calving efficiency 8.3; Birthweight 3.7; 400 day weight t84; Milk t29; ema 7.5; lmf 3.0.
The temperament of these weaners is worth highlighting. They move with pressure and settle when the pressure is released and are comfortable with humans and were a pleasure to assess. Vendor bred weaners offered to the market due to the tight season and present as a profitable trade for the successful purchaser. Highly recommend.
