THESE STEERS ARE FROM TWO DIFFERENT PROPERTIES. THE "WOLVERTON" STEERS WERE VERY GOOD TO HANDLE THROUGH THE YARDS. THE STEERS OFF "TARA" WERE A LITTLE UNSETTLED IN THE CRUSH AS IT WAS VERY NOISY AND THESE STEERS HAVE NOT BEEN HANDLED AS MUCH. WE REMOVED ANY STEERS THAT I WOULD CALL UNSOCIABLE. ALL STEERS ARE THE SAME BREEDING SO SHOULD ALL SETTLE WITH HANDLING. PLEASE REFER TO VIDEOS OF BOTH LOTS.

THESE STEERS ARE THE SECOND DRAFT OF 300 STEERS. DUE TO THE TIGHT SEASON THEY WERE WEANED AT THE END OF FEBRUARY AND PUT ONTO PELLET FEEDERS IN EARLY MARCH. THEY ARE BY RIGA AND INJEMIRA ANGUS BULLS PURCHASED WITH EMPHASIS ON GROWTH, MARBLING AND DOING ABILITY. THEY ARE IN GOOD STORE CONDITION AND FOR ANYONE WITH FEED OR WANTING TO HARD FEED THEM THEY ARE READY TO GO FORWARD QUICKLY. THESE STEERS ARE DRAFTED TO WEIGH 256 TO 299 KG.PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE A FEW STEERS WITH SOME RINGWORM ON FACE AND NECK WHICH WILL DISSAPEAR WITH TIME.
