Steers walked into yards in mob of 200 handle well before drafting and mouthing. Steers fresh from paddock and agitated over weigh box and mouthing. Freely moving steers but blocked and handled very well in paddock.

58 Pastoral, vendor Bred Droughtmaster type steers. Well backgrounded to southern conditions. 100% weighed avg 340kg after put through crush twice and four hours in yard. 100% mouthed 35 milk avg 339kg, 23 cutting and two teeth avg 343kg. Good frame pastoral steers ideal to go onto feed will continue to grow given breed and temperament. In general strong draft of soft reds and honeys, odd steer with clean tidy horn, good framey Pastoral steers. Vendor to re weigh on delivery over registered weighbridge full less 4%. This is re-offering from last weeks sale.

Steers trucked from vendors property Tennant Creek NT in July/August 2021. Have been well backgrounded on stubble paddocks and improved pasture since arrive at Adelaide Plains property. Kurundi Breeding continues to develop strong Dr/master blood.
